I just had my fifth private Feldenkrais session with Olivier Breuils. Not only are they the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had, but the following day, my Pilates performance is always greatly improved. I can never figure out how those seemingly insignificant movements and such light pressure have such profound effects on my range of motion and comfort in movement. I’d suggest that anyone interested in improving their Pilates (and getting a great night’s sleep) try it. Only one caveat. Don’t try to teach a client immediately after a session! you’ll be worthless.
